'Satyrus'

This is my favourite, signature carving. The theme comes from Greek Mythology - the satyr, with a broken horn. It is made from an olive root and is approximately 50cm high.

The cracks that appear in olive roots are shown to good effect in this piece, which is mounted on an oak base. It is about 47cm high.
