Sting Ray Vases. Plane Tree wood and Olive wood

Here you can see some examples of my work. I work mostly with local woods and prefer to combine turning and carving to make new designs.

As the only Greek turner to demonstrate internationally, I have exhibited my work in England, Norway, Belgium, France and the United States. I also write articles for UK magazines, in particular ‘Woodturning’ magazine, and have designed woodturning tools for Hamlet Tools in Sheffield, England. You can find my gallery and workshop in the town of Rethymno, Crete, where you can see my work and watch me demonstrating.

If you are interested in buying any of the designs you see on this page (prices vary from 200 to 1000 euro) please contact us for more details at nsiragas@yahoo.com. You can buy smaller items direct from our website if you click here: Work for Sale.
